Mackside Farmhouse is an attractive country house meticulously renovated throughout, located down a private track.
Downstairs
Entrance area with utility room with a washing machine, tumble drier, sink and plenty of pegs for hanging coats, this is also a great room to shut wet dogs after a long walk!
Loo with large shower, this is a very useful extra shower for the morning rush hour!
The open plan well equipped kitchen / dining area is wonderfully light and spacious, with large rustic oak kitchen table and seating for twelve, dishwasher, television, electric oven and hob, Aga (Included October – April, can be used over the summer months at an extra cost), large fridge / freezer. The stairs run up from the kitchen, a stair gate is useful for exploring toddlers and dogs.
A spacious living room offers a very efficient log burner, soft leather sofas, a large satellite TV, with access to Netflix etc (own logins required). At the back of the room there is a table perfect for card games or a moment’s peace and quiet.
UPSTAIRS
The house comprises of four bedrooms which include a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and large shower. The bed can be either a super king double or twin. This room offers plenty of space for a travel cot or extra camp bed. The second bedroom is a twin room. Third, a king size double and the fourth can be either a superking double or twin. There is a family bathroom upstairs with bath and integrated shower. Two hairdryers can be found in the bedrooms.
All bed linen is the highest quality cotton. Each guest is provided with a bath sheet and hand towel Luxurious toiletries are provided.
OUTSIDE
Private parking for up to five cars (more at request). The large garden offers a patio area with the wood fire hot tub leading directly out from the kitchen. Over the warmer months you will find an outdoor table and chairs for up to 10 people, a parasol and a BBQ.
